At McKenzie Farms & Nursery, we stand behind the quality of everything we grow and sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Plant Guarantee
We strive to ship healthy and happy citrus trees. We guarantee them to arrive alive and in good condition. Beyond that, we do not offer any warranties or guarantees. We have no control over the care of the plant once it leaves our nursery.
What Is Covered
- Plants that arrive damaged or in poor health
- Incorrect items shipped
What Is Not Covered
- Plants that are damaged due to improper care, watering, or planting conditions after delivery
- Damage caused by extreme weather events after delivery
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the plant in question, and we'll make it right.
