At McKenzie Farms, we strive to ship happy and healthy plants. We do not accept any returns or refunds. If your plant is damaged during transit, please reach out to us as soon as the tree arrives so we can discuss a possible replacement or refund. Please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged tree. Thank you!
